Jaimy is an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, working with thoughtful, sensitive people who are navigating life’s hidden griefs, identity shifts, burnout, and the quiet search for meaning that can be hard to put into words. Jaimys approach is relational and holistic: seeing therapy as a co-created space where all parts of you are welcome — even the ones that feel messy, uncertain, or unseen.

Jaimy became a therapist after many years of personal development, rigorous training, and deep inner work. Along the way, navigated her own identity shifts — including becoming a mother to my two children. Her practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationship — through being seen, heard, and met with compassion. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

As an Integrative therapist, Jaimy draws from a range of psychological theories and tailors her approach to meet your unique needs. Together, you will explore not just the challenges you are facing, but the emotional, cognitive, and physical experiences that accompany them. You will be  working collaboratively, moving at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to you.
