Rachel has a background in secondary education and ran a successful business for eight years before retraining to become a psychotherapist.

Rachel is an integrative therapist, drawing on a range of approaches tailored to the needs of each individual, with a particular focus on Transactional Analysis (TA). She believes therapy can benefit anyone, whether they are facing a specific difficulty or simply seeking a greater understanding of themselves.

Rachel offers a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore patterns, relationships and emotions in a safe and supportive environment. She helps people feels comfortable and understood.

Rachel is particularly interested in how early life experiences, alongside the rules, expectations and cultural messages we grow up with, continue to shape our choices in adulthood – sometimes in ways that no longer serve us.
